I confirm that at the time of entry into this contest, I:

1. am residing in Canada;
2. am seventeen (17) years of age or older (or, if under the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, have received the permission of a parent or legal guardian who has agreed to be legally bound by these Rules, to enter the Contest and potentially become a winner of a Prize);
3. I have attended one of the following Scotiabank sponsored events: Pinoy Fiesta in Toronto, Ontario on June 8, 2024, Taste of Manila in Mississauga, Ontario on August 17 or 18, 2024, or Taste of Manila in Burnaby, British Columbia on August 24 or 25, 2024, Summer Bhangra Jam in Surrey, British Columbia on August 24, 2024, Summer Bhangra Jam in Mississauga, Ontario on August 31, 2024, Uptown Asian Festival in Richmond Hill, Ontario from August 30 – September 1, 2024, Diwali Dhamaka in Brampton, Ontario on October 19, 2024, Diwali Dhamaka in Surrey, British Columbia on October 26, 2024. and
4. am not an employee of Scotiabank and its affiliates and their advertising and promotional agencies as well as their mandataries and the immediate family of such employees and individuals living in the same household with such employees. “Immediate family” is defined as parents, siblings, children or spouse.
